Refund policy

Effective Date: August 19, 2026

At Mofolabast LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. 
Here's how returns and refunds work for our automotive tools and 
accessories.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, 
in original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, 
email us at support@mofolabast.com with your order number and reason 
for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return 
instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to 
your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We'll notify 
you by email when the refund is issued.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item 
arrived damaged or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable 
shipping method — we can't guarantee a refund for items lost in 
transit.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that are damaged through normal wear, missing original 
packaging, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, 
contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mofolabast.com. 
Include your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.
